We’re two Kiwi mates who discovered The Club Plug during our uni days, when golf suddenly became our favourite way to hang out with friends. Like many golfers, we went hunting for clubs but quickly hit a wall. New sets were crazy expensive, and even second-hand clubs felt overpriced. One of us even left that first purchase feeling ripped off. That frustration sparked an idea: what if we built a business that made golf more affordable and transparent for everyone?

That’s how The Club Plug was born. Our mission is to connect golfers to affordable, reliable, quality second-hand clubs without the premium price tag. We want every customer to feel excited when they unbox their order, knowing they’ve scored a great deal on gear they can trust.
